This is your antidote to another forgettable Saturday of touring homes slathered in Sherwin-Williams Agreeable Gray. And unlike the troves of flipped-for-sale houses, this one was upgraded by an absolutely obsessive owner. The mailbox out front? Custom powder-coated. The terraced backyard with palo verde trees? Way too much money spent (in the best way). That “cool” tree in the front courtyard? Flown in with a crane—I have pics! Everything here was done with purpose and intent. Kitchens and baths?
